![]() ![]() Cant even begin to upgrade anything because new stuff is constantly unlocking. Already unlocking several weapons and armor styles. I havent even taken a mission from the mission desk yet. The story is progressing very rapidly in this second game. makes the demon have this mist or graphical effect around them. but triangle and demon hand only does it once. ![]() If you hold the square button and demon button hands your guy will do it non stop which is good. If you tap the attack buttons im not sure your guy follows through. this stuff is pretty unresponsive as well. While holding down the demon hand button you can hit square or triangle to leap off the monster and perform an attack. I wish there was something to beat on to show damage so I could figure out some of this on my own and or practice. I just need to practice more and see if things need to be more or less sensitive or inverted. The trajectory on all the other attacks pretty much suck.(atleast the way my settings are set up and using lock-on.) Besides lock-on settings is there anything you do as bow users to make it easier on yourself control wise with the sticks and stuff in settings? Homing arrows are like the only good ranged option for bow. Both of those consume massive amounts of energy, so I run my bar out and then purify to regain my energy. Or tapping circle to enter focus mode? and then tapping triangle x3 to do arrow fountains ? lol. Holding circle and charging up a bunch of homing arrows. Any tips from bow users in general? It seems like I have two really good attacks. They turn purplish when their shields are down right? Thats when you smash them with your triangle+circle attack? What about when they are knocked down? When are good times to absolutely maximize damage? So demons kind of have a shield, and then when that drops you start really doing damage to their health. So anyone have advice for targeting specific body parts? Being a bow user this seems like it should be something im good at lol. I usually get most/all of the stuff anyways without trying. I have never been that concerned with tearing off specific bodies parts. I need locks to happen right away when I press the button OR I need for the locks to pass on to other targets after stuff dies. Its very unresponsive the way Toukiden does it. You have to HOLD the button to turn on target lock, and then when stuff dies your lock dies with it I think or at the very least some of the time. If you use toggle then when you kill stuff it automatically cycles to other targets. You either a button down or you toggle it on/off. Just about every game on the planet does target locks in one of two ways. Any bow users out there have any advice on game setting to use bow effectively? Or how to make locking targets more fluid? I dont understand how this is so busted ass in this day and age. But the thing I struggle with the most is target locks. I had a hard time choosing what to be in 2 but I decided to go with bow because I thought it would be difficult. I used chain sickle exclusively in the first game. Is there a way to team up those special attacks? Is there a way to make them use theirs or do they just do it automatically? In general or specifically for Bow what is the best way to charge up your weapon so you can deliver that massive damage strike Triangle+Circle? I notice the other people in my group build up weapon charge also. Demon Burial? I dont really know what the hell this is either but I think I have seen it referenced a few times? ![]() HOW do you perform it? WHEN do you perform it?. And I literally miss EVERYTHING that is said during fights which really pisses me off about both games. Demon Throw? This doesnt even get covered in the basic tutorial for the demon hand. So which bow attacks count as "precision strikes" ? square? triangle? charge up moves? I have no idea. Not to be confused with the precision stat, but Mitami skills reference using "precision strikes" in order to level up boosts. And bows with high precision have lower damage than big damage bows with low precision. does it control how fast your charge moves charge up? Or is it some kind of critical hit bonus? This is really important for me to know as im using bow. Precision? This stat is on bow and maybe rifles? I really have no clue what it does. Aegis? This stat is on armor.I have no idea what its for? Im thinking magical defense or elemental defense (like a hard defense not the resistances which are very clear) I need to know what some of the stats are and I really need some good explanations for using the demon hand, oh and I need to understand the technical difference between different attacks. However the game is not explained very well and then the tutorials/training suck ass. I really love this series and have just started #2. Im looking for a hardcore Toukiden 2 fan. ![]()
